Indoor Pool –  Open all year round -Swimming is Fun and a great way to keep fit

Gym & Group Fitness classes children  8 to 13yrs can use the Cardio equipment in the Gym ( No access to weights area until 14yr)s and attend Group Fitness classes while supervised by a parent/guardian.

*Minimum age for Students to attend the RSL Aquatic & Health Club without supervision is 14years and over


The Supervised Juniors room is open  Mon to Fri 9am -1.30pm  “Lets us look after your kids while you look after yourself “
