Group PT Session

WANT TO TRAIN WITH FRIENDS OR PREFER TO TRAIN WITH OTHERS?

Whether you are a sporting group who would like to be trained specifically for your sport or simply want a specialised program for you and your mates to train together, we provide personal training sessions for all!

For groups of 2 or more people, The Dubbo RSL Aquatic & Health Club provides you with a trainer to meet your needs whether it be a one-off or a regular weekly appointment. Group PT sessions are available Monday to Saturday and can be half hour or a full hour.
