Initial Appointment – This is your first meeting with your trainer, where we’ll get to know each other. We’ll discuss your training and medical history, your fitness goals, and how we can best help you achieve them. You’ll also undergo a fitness test which includes measuring your blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, water percentage, metabolic age, and more. This provides a comprehensive snapshot of your health to kickstart your journey!

Second Appointment – During this session, you’ll work one-on-one with your trainer in the gym. Together, you’ll go through your personalised program to ensure you are comfortable with each exercise, perfecting your form and technique. We’ll guide you through each movement, performing one or two sets with a typical 10-rep range, making sure you’re confident with the exercises and ready to execute them safely.
Once you’ve completed your personalised program, you’ll have access to it for the next 4-6 weeks, and we’ll recommend scheduling another session to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
For Casual Visitors and Fitness Passport Members:
- $40 per program – Receive the same full experience with a Personalised Program designed to get you moving and seeing results.

GYM ETIQUETTE
CONSIDERATION OF OTHERS: The gym etiquette is to be followed at all times to ensure everyone gets the most out of their time spent at the gym. Please treat others as you would have them treat you
AGE: The minimum age for access to the gym is 14 years of age. Children under 14 years are NOT permitted in the weights area. Under adult supervision (18 and over) children over 8 years of age are permitted to use the cardio equipment. No children are permitted to sit on the floor while their parent/guardian are working out.
CLOTHING: Appropriate clothing and closed in shoes must be worn in the gym area, at all times.
OVERUSE OF EQUIPMENT: A 30minute time limit applies to all pieces of equipment especially in peak times. When your set is complete, give other members the opportunity to use that piece of equipment – “Sharing is caring”
IT IS YOUR SWEAT: Spray & wipe is provided! Please wipe equipment after use.
LOUD NOISES, SCREAMING AND DROPPING EQUIPMENT: Please consider others when making efforts in the gym and use deadlift platform when lifting heavy weights.
REPLACE YOUR WEIGHTS: After you finish an exercise, put the weights/equipment back where it belongs.
CAMERAS: Taking photos or video’s is NOT permitted unless there is prior permission from Management and all person’s involved or included.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Any member/visitor observed or even assumed to be personal training a client in this facility, that is not employed or contracted by the RSL will be asked to leave and may have their membership suspended or cancelled.
BULLYING/HARASSMENT: Bullying and/or harassment, including body shaming, is not tolerated at the RSL Health Club and can lead to membership suspension and possible legal action. Please treat each other with respect and voice any concerns to our health club manager.
