The FTA is the RSL Health Clubs new Functional Training Area. It is comprised of innovative and unique equipment, designed to push you further and improve athletic and everyday performance. The FTA has no mirrors and no fixed position weight machines as it is designed to help you move your body freely and more like everyday scenarios.

Our FTA Classes run for 45 mins and include a balanced mixture of strength and cardio exercises. The classes differ day to day and are designed to keep your body functionally healthy and fit and able to take on life’s challenges. FTA classes are scaled for both beginner and advanced individuals so people from any fitness level can join in and benefit.
